Aside from England winning I am very happy with that result, a fantastic performance from Dhoni under the greatest of pressure. Well done India :-D

He did really well, as did Jayawardena.

Best two teams by far, Sri Lanka screwed themselves with the slow start to their innings.

Well done India, fully deserved win against the second best team of the tournament.
 
Saw the first 3 hours oir so and then the last hour and a half. Good game and the ending and festivities at the end were brilliant. What would you give to be in India tonight?

All in all its been a good tournament. I've really enjoyed it.
 
Reports of the death of the 50 over game appear to have been exaggerated.

I wonder if it would improve our international chances if our domestic game replaced the 40 over tournament with a 50 over one. I think it probably would.

I've had to go twice, for work, and would happily never go again.

I thought it was dreadful.

I've never watched or had much interest in cricket before but I've spent the day watching this game and it was brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed it. Think I am crickets newest convert!

Thanks for the heads up but, with out being rude, I'm going to ignore your warning and try to remain as optimistic as possible for as long as possible.

great world cup just a shame India won it as they were setup for it with their schedule. Atmsophere's were far better than the WI world cup and it generally wasn't a farce which has been the case in the last two world cups.
