Not really. It hit his hands but he was never in control of it. He had to cover a lot of ground and that ball was hit extremely high; had he caught it it would have been a superb catch.

That one from Yardy was worse.

Disagree. Yardy's was harder. But the reality is, to win World Cups you need to catch stuff like that.

True enough I guess. Still doesn't mean it was "woeful" as you put it originally.
