Are these 40 transfers for the whole tournament for the group stages?

Because I may have to stop making 4/5 changes every day if they have to last the whole tournament.

You get 40 transfers in the group stages and then some more for the knockout stage. You can also make as many changes as you want in between the two stages.

There are 42 games in the group stages so that allows approx 1 transfer per match. Nine games played so far and I've made 9 changes so I'm OK. I noticed that some of the lads in the top 10 have made 13+ transfers so they better be careful. Ideally you want to leave at least 5 transfers for the last game so you can stuff your team full of players that are taking part.

Cheers. I didnt make any changed for the first few days, but have now used 15 but have sorted my team for the next 2 days.

And I'm still only 11th :oops::lol:
 
Need to reign in the transfers myself :roll: Tactical captains picks for the next half dozen games I reckon.

Just sorted my team out properly. Have around 8 players who I now won't take out and will just change captain as and when!

Jayawardene captain the day. :p
 
Fuck sake, I put Mendis in instead of Murali today and the fucker's been dropped.

Afridi and Gul better knock over Sri Lanka now to make up for it.
 
Took out Misbah and brought in Umar Akmal. What a f***ing atrocious decision that has turned out to be. :evil:
 
It was a toss up for me between Jayawardene and Afridi as captain. Chose Afridi and that turned out to be a masterstroke. 700 points ahead now. Come on lads, give me some serious competition. ;)
 
Dropped Broad for Swann and made him captain. Also have Peiterson and Gambhir. Good luck England.

Nice one. I think even if Strauss scored more than him, then unless England win then Sachin will get MoM.

C'mon Straus ... 150 and MoM for my captain would go down nicely.
