The International Cricket Council has banned players and coaches from 'tweeting' during World Cup games to ensure illegal bookmakers do not use the views of players and team staff on Twitter as betting guides. (AP).

So most of those are going to be pretty boring during the WC.

the bloody sods. though they said during the ryder cup, there would be no tweets but poulter tweeted every day with pictures and so on

still the likes of warne, bumble, aggers, simon hughes, should be available

if anything we will get an update on warne with liz hurley

Bumble doesnt tweet anymore. Stopped at the start of the ashes cos there was too much bad language on it.

re the ban by the icc. it only applies to games in play. outside of that players are allowed to access twitter

Just signed up to Twitter last week, Bresnan, Anderson, Swann and Finn in particular are all very decent craic, add Vaughan and Agnew to that list aswell.
