Sounds like us

aye there will be another meeting a couple of weeks before the season starts where you get the handbooklets, match forms etc.

Two very good draws there and its always better to be in the league that has the most teams in it

Fixtures will be discussed at the next Management Committee meeting on 24 Feb. I've been cornered into joining that!

Willington (who we drew in the cup) finished 4th in the league and by rights should have been promoted. Their lad appealed that they didn't go up though cos they'd lost a few players and would be putting makeshift teams out. Marsden therefore stayed up in Division 1.

There was a chew on what the maximum length a midweek game should be. Apparently Phil's 72 against Wearmouth last year was illegal cos it was on a Monday.

Ageist will have you slung out league :):)AGM always drags on, to much debate rather than just voting we got two cup ties against the same bastard team ! (at home at least)

Who were you representing mate?

Whickham is my team - I havent played a game for two years since we won the 3rd div cup final but I might come out of retirement next year
