use the menu on the left to choose an image then add a caption. it will create an image which has a url. not sure how long they stay 'live' for though. you could save the image to your hard drive and upload it to flikr or put-file etc.

just what i used. had this saved in my favourites for a long time until I formatted the pc. only just found it again - quality site
