I thought it was interesting that RLB basically threw him straight in on the right flank in the cup then in the PL. Clearly trusted him to do a job

Yes, from coaches and the buzz around him on the socials. He’s regularly featured in the behind the scenes and still travels with the first team squad despite being injured after the Fulham game.

Like you said, it says a lot that he was thrown in. Even though it looked a bit early at the time, just a shame he got a nasty injury that game too.

Also his age means he doesn’t need to be registered in either prem or European squad, which is a bonus.
