There's always an underdog that people fancy, it used to be Turkey but now it seems it's either Japan or Norway.
We might see a surprise or two in the quarters but I struggle to see past either France, Spain, Argentina or Brazil contesting the final.
Portugal, amazing squad, will do ok.

Northern European teams have won the world cup 7 times. None have won it in the summer time in the Northern hemisphere in a predominantly hot country apart from France in Italy which is their neighbour so not dismilar.
