I’ve been to three Sunderland games in Scotland pre season

One landed me in crown court another some looney tried to bite my ear off and the third one my ex left me.

Played Hibs a couple of years before that I think

That game was a nightmare.
Running ambushes all the way back to Waverley then Northumbria's finest at visitor central to contend with.
Light years away from last season's jaunt to Tynecastle.

Leith resident so Hibs at Easter Rd would be my choice..or a repeat of our pre-season kick-about against Berwick Rangers (back in 23/24 )..The after-match refreshments in the Barrels Ale-House capped a very enjoyable day..and night.
