Cirkin goodbye message

It's a bit sad seeing all the lads who got us here leave now. Just the way the sport works and it's onwards and upwards for us but we have such a great affinity with these lads who came from the bottom upwards with us it's a little bit gutting.

Seems like Mayenda will be off as well and Luke and Ballard will be the last men standing from those days and in such a short time as well.

Guess it beats being glad to see the back of players mind 🤣

Felt like he was always injured. Some one else posted that he's played 100+ games. Maybe I'm just merging all of our crock left backs into one

What I said was he didn’t want to play football anymore and his mind was completely elsewhere, which it was. I can’t say more about what I knew then and know now because it’ll get 2 people into a lot of trouble. Feel free to PM me if you’re desperate to know

But -I stand by the fact that you shouldn't surprised if he does walk away.

It does feel a lot more impactful when a player who brought us to here goes. It's rare in football that players journey through three leagues with the fans. Pulling the club from stagnation in League 1 to where we are now. We've got some of the League 1 lads getting Premier League games and Europe next season. I hope any of them that move on have long and rewarding careers ahead.
