Clarkson’s farm

Not much farming on this one. More celeb cameos and traveling about. Still decent but feels more like everyone is playing their character now, not as natural as the first couple series.

it's lost what made it brilliant in the first few seasons but Amazon won't bin it as it's their biggest hit
 
Started the new series last night.
A decent episode.
Clarkson's kite is so big he struggles to get a coat on.
Could have done without that dead sheep getting cut open and inspected though.
 
The same with just about any other TV series that makes it past two seasons - it's very hard to keep coming up with new ideas / avoid repeating the same material.

It's been a great programme and highlighted some key issues, but this should be the final season.

I thought he was getting his act together, health wise? I mean, I'm not his biggest fan, I enjoy some of the larks & japes on TG & the other car thing, never watched his fake farm show. However, he looks dreadful, especially in some of the episodes pre health emergency. His kite makes him look like a poisoned pup & hoards the type & mass of fat that is dangerous, especially to blokes of a certain age.

He's claimed to have changed his diet & packed in the tabs, but if he's still carrying that gut...

I think this was filmed before he lost the weight and sorted himself out. The Dutch stuff was really good like.

I thought the first episode was a bit dull but I've now seen the second and third which were an improvement.

The Dutch episode was a classic example of Clarkson doing what he is so good at when he isn't cocking about in cars (or tractors). He's a really good documentary maker.
