Talbi's house up for sale

That was my first thought, 20 year old foreign player in a git massive house. House share with his family or with other players?
When I’ve seen some of his social stuff he seems to be here with family or friends so I can see why a house like that would be attractive. It’s styling is very young etc.

I fitted an alarm system to one of the neighbours houses a few months back. Apparently that is rented for 12k a month to a SAFC midfielder (Diarra I believe).
see my above post absolute small change relative to wage and easier than being lumbered for years with a mansion you can’t sell. Super high end property outside of really desirable areas you can have to wait years to sell

It really brought home to me how mental the demand is in the Home Counties that when Kane was at Spurs he was struggling to get a mortgage for the house he wanted  . Outside of the absolute elite demand areas surely a high end footballer is the dream for a mortgage broker

People on here on absolutely mental

House goes up for sale, spidey senses tingle ā€œI’ve seen that pool room before?!ā€

ā€œYes, that’s it. I knew I’d seen it somewhere. I’m pleased I’ve memorised the finer detail of every video I’ve watched!ā€

ā€œToo much of a coincidence this, he’s leaving SAFCā€

Have a day off and rest
Especially when it's not even Talbis kip

Given the football industry, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of players in the top leagues buy their first house after they retire. Of course there'll be exceptions to the rule but buying and selling houses - especially ones at this price - is a bit of an ordeal.

Or when you sign for a club and get millions for doing so you buy a house and then buy another, and another, and another.....

Like they say money doesn’t buy you taste, it’s very aimed at a young ITVX crowd like. Outside is lovely nice rooms etc huge with seven bedrooms.
Obviously way out my price range 🤣 But wouldn’t be for me even done out differently. Reminds me of Wynyard. I’d always choose a house on location but the ITVX generation seem to rather a massive flash new build in a shit area. Someone I worked with recently sold a beautiful older property in hurworth with land and bought a new build in Wynyard as ā€œit had a bigger drive and 2 extra bedroomsā€ … why on earth someone with no kids needed a 6 bedroom as opposed to 4 bedroom I’m not quite sure 🤣
