That's probably what a lot of influential people want, that way they can just say "lessons have been learned", "mistakes were made" and "we need to look to the future", brush it under the carpet and move on

The last thing that the institution and high society wants is one of their own in the dock, because if he got off on a technicality all hell would break loose.
And yet if hes in the dock who knows what damage he could do And what he might name to save his backside.

The CPS must be terrified of having to make a decision

They'll drag this out till he dies of natural causes, suicide or a midsummer murders style "accident"

One of the above. There is no way he will stand in a dock. Too many influential friends for that. Imagine the embarrassment for a start!!

I’ll not be embarrassed when he ends up in court , nor will the majority of the country I hope.

Get him in front of a judge , along with the likes of Mandelson and others complicit in this vile escapade.

Then make an example of them.

Not that I’ll hold my breath ….

The establishment won’t allow a royal to be tried in any court.
