Was talking to a Man U fan yesterday at work and he agreed the best thing all round is to just sell him to us this summer for a reasonable fee. His idea of reasonable fee was £40m mind.

He didnt rate him much against the context of where they are trying to get back to, which is the very top I suppose.

Not sure we are ready to go to £35 or £40m on players yet or even if the club want to, maybe preferring the £20m development bracket.
 

We REALLY need to get over our ex….he ain’t coming back.
We had a marvellous relationship and they ARE cherished memories, but he is gone….he has found another. 💔
It is over and all we have left are our memories as we watch him from a distance….🥺

I see it the same if I'm honest. If you want to win a PL or CL then you need consistent £100m+ players.

More players at a similar level to Fernandes.

I think Amad is a really good player, but he might just fall short of what is required to win titles.

I think £40m is also a fair price. I'd pay £35 to £40m and pay him the same as Xhaka to have him here.

I think they paid around £20m for him and he's a far better player now.
 
As a right winger and a bit of TLC he’d be an ideal fit especially playing with better players than in the championship. However did he just stand out in a team of not very good players the knars
 
He's an excellent player. He did have a poor second half of this season in terms of goal contributions but the fact that he was still getting a game regularly often at times ahead of the likes of MBeumo shows how highly though of he is. Without any hint of rose tinted glasses he would be a tremendous signing for us in a position we need.
