Many international sports organizations are reintegrating Russia and Belarus, shifting from blanket bans to either neutral status or full participation. While the exact rules vary depending on the governing body, global sports are broadly opening their doors to Russian athletes once again

It's got to be all in for countries in sport or be at least consistent with countries being sanctioned and barred for human rights abuses when it comes to sport. I know you can argue that's a fair chunk of the world and where do we draw the line etc. but genocide must be up there as beyond the pale.

That's quite the straw man argument there. The point he made did not in any way suggest he agrees with what Israel are doing in Palestine. A bit of a shitty and angry reply that. Unless you can point out where he said or even hinted at he supports those deaths?
I usually keep out of folk on here's personal spats that spill over from the politics forum. But sometimes you have to say something.

Ffs . It's just a board. Say what you want.

Israel has committed a genocide. Not sure why anyone can say it should be included in the international community of sport given said genocide. But whatever.
