In your opinion... despite having never watched an episode![]()
How.many times have I got to say that I've seen TONS of clips from the show. Loads of their supposedly best "laugh out loud" moments and not a single one even deserved a smile never mind a laugh. Its comedy for American college kids and shouldn't ever be mentioned in the same universe as OFAH never mind being compared.
(All in my opinion of course. As all my posts will be.)
You've never watched it...Friends is dreadful man come.on.
I actually prefer Neil Stuke’s version of Matt to Ben Chaplin’s. He looked more like the deranged sex pest his character should be.Game On
When Matt meets Martin's bairn for the first time.

Thats the one, ayeDefinitely. He was brilliant as the dad in series 1 of Man Down
He didn't 'just die' TBF, he smoked all his life then decided to go running in his fifties. Brisk walking or light swimming would have been wiser. We have lost family members to similar over exertion.Still absolutely tragic that Rik had reached his crazy old man era, and then just f***ing died.
We missed out on so much brilliance.
I watched whole episodes back in the day. My friends were raving about it, but I could not get into it at all. Just heavily scripted with telegraphed jokes and wooden characters like most American stuff. In your opinion... despite having never watched an episode![]()

Its the worst series by some distance. Try the rest and you'll be pleasantly siprised.Started from the start
Comedy is subjective isn't it? The American Office is class, goes off in it's own tangent after the 1st series though. I love loads of British Comedies, The (UK) Office is probably my favourite ever but then the next ones would probably be Curb Your Enthusiasm and Frasier. He didn't 'just die' TBF, he smoked all his life then decided to go running in his fifties. The only American sitcom I could get into was the Office, and that's a British adaptation.
Frasier is better than 99% of American sitcoms TBF but can't watch Kelsey Grammar since he came out as a massive MAGA.Comedy is subjective isn't it?
