3 hospitality businesses a day are going under largely due to government taxation policy combined with cost of living, not cos they are ‘shit’. All I’m saying is, if you’ve got a tenner to spend then spend it in your local pub or cafe, not with a food truck that will then take your money out of the city or region.

So what are YOU basing this on that they are from out of the area??
And think about this one...what about the people who come into town for this and decide to have a drink and food in the town before going to the food fest.

I'll spend my money anywhere that provides what I'm looking for, be it bar, cafe or food truck. And the vast majority of the vendors at these fairs are local.
