Europa Home Games

Don't think there is that much money in the Europa, Villa were estimated to have £45m but £10m of that was the prize money for winning it and £20m the future Champions League money which they would have received anyway for finishing 4th, plus prize and TV money for finishing 2nd in the group and winning the knockouts. As it stands we're only guaranteed £3.7m, a couple of hundred grand in TV money and anything we make in ticket sales.
Ticket sales could be 47000 x £30 (average)
is £1.4m so theres best part of £6m plus the guaranteed £3.7m .£10m not too bad

Unfortunately, if they start somewhere near £40, then we'll be looking at attendances of near 30k. People wont be able too afford prices like that imo and after qualifying, it'll be a bit shit if we then cant fill the place. Club need to be very careful imo on this pricing. Like whats been said, surely selling out on £25-£30 packages, is better than 30k on £40 tickets. Just need to look at cup attendances over the years, to see the reality of extra expense.

It would sell out at £50 an adult, easily.

Giving out BCP's for home games, some of which will be the most high profile in donkeys years?

Nah, not for me. It's hard enough for non-st holders to get home league game tickets at the moment. Demand for our first European games in 50 something years will be higher.
You really think it would sell out at £50 a ticket to see us play MÄLLBY or GÓRNIK ZABRZE ? Not a chance.

Sadly not mate. Here are the forest prices from this season

I was speaking to a Forest fan before our game when stuck on A19 for an hour and we were all out of our cars in the sun. Im sure he says the fans kicked off big time and reduced them re. Europe.
There's surely no chance they're flogging Europa home tickets for £25 for adults.
Original guess would be £40 min for adults and £30-£35 concession (oap, older kids categories)
Be looking at £300 for an adult and kid for the 4 home game package (if they put one together)
Pleasantly surprised at anything less.
Sounds right.

Will season ticket holders be able to purchase extra tickets?

As even none season ticket holders could last season for members in your group?
One thing is we won't know who we are playing when these go on sale , I would think packages will be available in mid June
Therefore you take a chance that 2 games or more might be lesser teams

Exactly but I really don't think that should matter to most people

And it was very much an unexpected expense. We could be facing a cost of £300 for a home page package just as the season card direct debits bite.
