Europa Home Games

So would they just sell them as Europa League 1,2,3,4 dates TBC?
Basically aye as it was £60 a game spread over 4 payments on 1st of July, August, September and October.

Bear in mind the mags knew the demand would be high though as they'd been in 2 seasons ago. We're still uncertain so may do what Forest did and release the ticket info after the draw is made.

I hope we go for £35 to £40 for adults in the concession areas if they buy a 4 game bundle.

I would worry about potentially not selling out at £60 per game, especially given how bad some of the teams are that we could potentially play against.

I'm a non season ticket holder but not worried about getting tickets. I got them no problem this season for all the games I wanted Mags, Chelsea, Man Utd, Leeds, Villa, Palace.....not all at 10am either just refreshed the page throughout the day.

You will need to pay for them.

I will say this again though, they will not be cheap. I keep seeing on Sunderland pages folk predicating that the tickets will be £20 and £10. They will not be.

I’d honestly budget for £150-200 for a four match bundle. A DD option will greatly soften the blow mind
Be very easy for them to simply up the pre-existing DD by X amount for the remaining payments

There is definitely a balancing act. The issue the club have is due to UEFA SCR, it puts us at a disadvantage in the PL. They therefore need to maximise revenue from the Europa.

Of course at the same time they need to keep the fans onside and fill the SOL.
I don't think it does put us at a disadvantage. The 15% of turnover we can't spend is covered by the £30-40m we will get from Europa league.

If my sums are correct then we are in for an exciting summer..

Whatever the cost, it’s going to be a surreal experience watching the lads in a European game.

Certainly beats playing the likes of Cheltenham, Oxford or Preston mid-week on our journey back!

Realistically I'm expecting the cheapest tickets to be £30 - £35 per game if purchased in a bundle. If its more than £50 a ticket then they'll struggle to sell them.

As much as I keep saying I'll find a way to get the money to go to all the home games and at least 1 away, there's not an infinite money pot out there.

If we going off forest prices for last season then we have no chance of selling out if we charge £50 cheapest adult ticket and £75 most expensive per game.

I was thinking £100 for the 4 match bundle (£25 a game ) I think that’s reasonable and realistic.

If the club think people will pay £50 a match then they are in for a shock. Sub 30k attendance
It would sell out at £50 an adult, easily.
A better question would be, will we get BCP for attending these four games. Will it be like cup ties..

That will be a massive incentive into getting it packed out.
Giving out BCP's for home games, some of which will be the most high profile in donkeys years?

Nah, not for me. It's hard enough for non-st holders to get home league game tickets at the moment. Demand for our first European games in 50 something years will be higher.

I reckon it will work out about 35 to 40 quid a game if you buy the 4 game package, might be a bit more if your buying individual tickets

If it means getting BCP I would happily pay 30 to 40 grand never mind 30 to 40 quid for the package.

Granted but do you think you ought to get top priority for home games when some fans used to go and watch every home match in League One? And would you be willing to pay slightly more because you don’t go regularly?
