Europa Home Games

Why not ? You do for FA Cup and League Cup games.
Because for years there's been a poor attendance for cup games, the club offering a BCP for attending a cup game was clearly an attempt to get more arses on seats. In my opinion and many others these european games are going to be sold out theres no need for the incentive of a BCP.

You will need to pay for them.

I will say this again though, they will not be cheap. I keep seeing on Sunderland pages folk predicating that the tickets will be £20 and £10. They will not be.

I’d honestly budget for £150-200 for a four match bundle. A DD option will greatly soften the blow mind
I think it would be great for the club to do a 4 for £120 early bird deal for season ticket holders but I think it will be at least £50 a game across the board.
Villa or Forest tried to charge close to £70 per game to SC holders and had to back pedal and reduce the price.
I'm pretty sure Villa didn't backtrack. I work with a Villa fan and remember him saying the cost of the tickets was mental.

Must have been Forest then.

Our cheapest home tickets were £36.50 a pop last season in the PL.

I'd be shocked if they are less than £40 a pop for a bundle deal £160-£200 is what I'd expect. Whether that's good or not it's realistic to expect them to charge more than this season.

Anymore than that and they are being very greedy.

If it’s £45-60 a ticket then the offer to buy all 4 won’t be £250??
Correct. Not sure where my Maths went there!

I’m predicting £40-£55 on a match by match basis and £150 - £200 bundle of 4. Away tickets look to be between £50 - £70 based on what Forest fans have been paying this season.

Interesting that Forest had to reduce their prices after they overpriced the QF against the Danish team starting with M which is impossible to spell. A lesson to be learned by SAFC there.

Reckon we'll be able to use any accumulated resale credit on these? Resold my Chelsea home tickets as we were in Majorca this week (yep know we missed a cracker).

For all the talk of the normal seats, spare a thought for those in founders and higher, since the club doesn't see them specifically as season ticket holders, there's a decent chance of some eye watering prices, or take their chances on any tickets left over after all the season ticket holders have bought their seats

I'd assume some sort of bundle price for the group games may be the clubs best chance of selling out because when the draw is made there's every chance there will be at least one unattractive home game for what will be higher prices in there somewhere.

Thats before even thinking about the logistics for some of making a Thursday night game

Id assume prices starting at around 40. Comparing it to league and fa Cup doesnt equate well. We are in those competitions every year against the same sorts of teams. This is the first time playing European opponents in 50 year, and no guarantees on when we will get it again

I don't think it does put us at a disadvantage. The 15% of turnover we can't spend is covered by the £30-40m we will get from Europa league.

If my sums are correct then we are in for an exciting summer..
Don't think there is that much money in the Europa, Villa were estimated to have £45m but £10m of that was the prize money for winning it and £20m the future Champions League money which they would have received anyway for finishing 4th, plus prize and TV money for finishing 2nd in the group and winning the knockouts. As it stands we're only guaranteed £3.7m, a couple of hundred grand in TV money and anything we make in ticket sales.

Not sure why anyone is bothered about BCP for these games anyway

You will get them based on history but if you have none, 4 ain't going to help you get to away games and if everyone gets them it just moves the points brackets up faster
