What represents success next season?

Depends how far we go in europe i guess, and domestic cups. If we have some decent cup runs id take not being in a relegation battle as a big success. If we go out of the cups quickly id want to be in the battle for a European spot again. That would be real success.

Realistically not being involved in thr relegation battle and some successful signings to help us continue making potential profit would be fantastic

After the progress made in the last two seasons, I expect nothing less than winning the league and Europa.

Why can’t we replicate what Villa have done. They have built since coming up from the championship. That should br our aim. They are years a head of us but this is what we should be aiming for

Wrong answers only?

- top half of the XG table
- >80% positive comments on match thread
- Hume not in the top 3 players for number of minutes

Luke 09 scoring our first European Goal in over Fifty odd years!!!!

Ha'way Mr Sunderland....😎

We’ve got 8 extra games to fit in. That’s going to ask a lot of the squad even with more numbers.

Being realistic I’d be happy with mid table in the league, even bottom half if we make a decent fist of the europa. It might be another 50 years before we get back in.

Not too fussed about the domestic cups but we skip the first couple of rounds in the carabao cup so could benefit there.

I just don’t think it’s practical to play a strong team every game. The mags did it and had good runs in all comps before burning out.
