SOL expansion

Let’s see what attendances we get in Europa

If the club offer season ticket holders a reasonably priced package add on, we’ll sell all four games out in advance.

If they wait until fixtures are revealed and do it game by game, we might not if the opponents aren’t particularly glamorous

Think that’s how the mags ran theirs I believe, ST holders could opt in to have their seat for every CL home game with the money coming out a week or 2 before. Don’t think they had options on price or owt. Just whatever the seat was valued at given the opponent so some of them were going for £90 a game.

I hope we don’t extort our supporters like that. £120-160 price range add on in the normal seats for all four games would be reasonable and allow the club to make decent money at the same time.

We should be selling out every European home game regardless of opposition
Of course we will, it will sell out within seconds of going on sale no matter the opposition.

It will be £40/£50 a ticket imo which is extremely reasonable in this day in age for a premier League team in Europe

Reasonable ‘in comparison to’ doesn’t necessarily mean reasonably though. Between 30-40 per game, especially if offered at that rate as a bulk package, I think is reasonable and will see nearly all season ticket holders take up the option.

£40-50 on a game by game basis on a Thursday night against an relatively unknown opponent might not see massive take up mind.

Juventus, Benfica, Milan, Bayern Lev' would get 40k or close, but there's loads of lower tier europa league teams where there's a good possibility of less than 35k such as Ferencvaros, Lask, Rennes, Lillestroem etc
We should be selling out if the tickets are priced fairly.

53 years for Europe, why would you want to miss any of it?

No one cares who the opposition is,

European football for the first time in 50 odd years means everyone will be wanting to attend regardless.

No one is paying £50 to watch Tromso

Then if we dont do very well & the last game becomes meaningless, no one is going to it beyond those whove bought the 4 matches as a package

Difficult not to qualify for the knockout stage. 9 or 10 points from 8 games is enough to get through. Relegation form.
