That’s 16 of our 17 foreign player slots allocated with first teamers if he signs. Solid signing - particularly on a free - but leaves us with some fancy dancing to do for the other 5 or so players we need.

Includes Geerty, Traore and Wilson so there’s potential spaces there. But they’d all need direct replacements so not a magic bullet, and we likely need a bigger squad to compete on multiple fronts.

I think it’s @chunkyshanhawk53 that posts often about a lack of home grown players and it’s certainly something that needs careful attention. I’m sure the club have it in mind but undoubtedly it makes finding bargains that bit trickier.
PS. I hope Wilson stays but that’s probably just the heartstrings talking.

Diarra, Sadiki, Ta Bi, Talbi all 21 or younger at the start of this calendar year so should be ok for another season.

Apologies if seb but he’s represented by Sport Cover, same agents as Nordi, Brobbey, RLB and also Guendouzi who we were very well linked with last summer
 
Don’t mind a couple of free options to help pad the squad out. Leaves the powder dry for the attacking beasts. Will leave us with 6 centre mids
