Man City 115 charges.

if they're going to give them a points deduction it needs to be enough to guarantee they get relegated

wouldn't be surprised if they get out of it with 50. would need to be 60

Anyone else think the real reason Guardiola is leaving could be because of what’s coming down the punishment line….???
No. I don't think they will even be found guilty and if they are it will be a fine at worst. They are literally about to spend £100m+ on Anderson.

Nothing is going to happen to them and they will continue to spend fortunes and build success on the corrupt foundations they've been building for nearly 2 decades.

No. To think Pep knows the outcome of the investigation before anyone else in the world is silly. He would’ve decided to leave 6+ months ago anyway.

There seems to be a growing noise that the punishment is imminent.

The rumour flying around is a 40-60pt deduction for next season

I've heard from 2 completely different people who know someone, who know someone..... in the know who say a giant deduction in lieu of relegation is coming.

Absolutely no reason to take it as fact but the lads who told me are sensible so it warranted me putting a tenner on them going down at 13/1

Whatever punishment is dreamt up by the authorities will be appealed by Man City.

The watered down punishment that follows will be a metaphorical slap on the wrist for one of the premier league giants

Whatever the punishment, it should come in to effect next season. It will have no material impact on them this season as the season is done and dusted. Similar to what happened with Southampton, any fine is going to be a moo point due to the sheer amount of money involved in football.

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If Man City were deducted points and dropped out of the Champions league spot, would they take our place in the Europa league by virtue of their cup wins?
Surely the season is officially over. Any points deduction would have to apply to next season. Or is it like schools where the 6 weeks holiday is still classed as the year just gone.

Wouldn't that be just typical!!

Surely no punishment could affect the season already finished? Grossly unfair on other teams.

Would be opened up to a whole world of challenge by us, and Brighton, as we'd be in the ECL and Brighton would miss out completely - any punishment is likely to take affect from the start of next season, if there is any punishment.
