We all know he has done an unbelievable job since he arrived but what I've noticed more and more over the last few months is how close he is to the players and how much they seem to love and respect him

All the behind the scenes videos the club post after every game you can see how involved he is. Yet another example of why we are doing so well as a club.

Everyone one of us from the cleaning lady to the fanbase are so together so aligned it's why this club is on the up and why imho is the reason we are going to have the most successful period in the history of the club
 

Going to be very interesting summer transfer wise. His little black book is going to be very thumbed.

Turned the Saudi's down last year, clearly had vision and scruples.

While i'd love that to be true, it's asking a lot, given our historic achievements.
 
Came across great in that football focus show a few weeks ago. Another window like last summer and we could be set up for success for the next few years.

I am confident his little black book is still relevant, as there would be loads of players in there, that weren't quite available last summer....but will be this summer.

I wonder how many he approached that knocked us back because we were newly promoted and favourites for the drop? We’re a different proposition now with European football, can’t wait to see what we do this summer.
