Yes I did, for the first 10-15 games or so I thought he was to weak & we needed someone a bit more creative. Of course no sooner did I say that then he started putting in mom performances most weeks. Still, I don’t mind having to eat my words rather than the other way around.🤪
 
That’s a cheap shot if Jordan’s quote is from when we were in L1 becos it was a tragedy and we were a tragedy.
Otherwise I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who could see nowt but a relegation battle with the squad who got promoted via playoffs. Thankfully SAFC had a plan which I don’t remember happening after ANY previous promotions.

After almost kicking Neil Lennon's head off his shoulders he asked for leniency from the FA otherwise he would refuse to play for England.

Ironically enough he'd scuppered England's World Cup chances in 98 when an England winner against Argentina was disallowed after the ref spotted Shearer elbowing a defender in the face.
