West ham could do a “Leicester”

It’s an absolute mess, some of those players they’ve spent a fortune on, on high wages etc and bar two or three I’m struggling to see who would want them. Clearly got huge attitude issue, fans will be in uproar, owner toxic. If they start of badly they could spiral and the money involved could be the worst we’ve ever seen as I can’t see bar two or three players that anyone will want. That recruitment has been beyond lifting.

I can’t see West Ham spending, their finances are gonna be fucked. It’ll be like civil war in the stadium with it half empty as well. They’re reportedly thinking of netting off parts of the ground.

I think they’ll struggle to get what they think for Bowen given his age. I really don’t think there will be teams lining up for them. They already had record losses iirc now toss in what they’re gonna lose in everything that comes with relegation as others have shown if you go down carrying huge debts those parachute payments go towards the huge debts.

From what I read from West Ham fans they are hoping the bloke that’s bought shares lately try’s a full takeover as they fear the penny pinching under the dildo king. The reason they’re sacking nuno is reportedly they have a clause that allows them to sack him without a full pay off and they’ll save his huge fee and get someone in out of work and pay him a small percent of nunos wages. Feels like a finical disaster in the making. They’ll be praying he sells up.

Just don’t think they’ll get what people think for them. Bowen is what 29 now sure he’s entering the last 12 months of his deal next season. He may chose to stay. They paid a fair chunk for the other two they’ll be lucky to break even after everything is done and dusted. Just can’t see how they shift some of the players they’ve spent an absolute fortune on. Didn’t they spend like £30m a pop or so on some strikers in the last window?. Squads a mess, West Ham over the years have wasted money like we did under short but continued it almost year after year without any big sales. Can’t think of many big sales since they sold off their academy lot in the 2000s.

Just saw their big transfers since summer 2023. They’ve spent around £250m on shite like kilman from wolves for £40m Todibo for £33m that refused to play the last game. Their transfers have been absolutely lifting for the past few years. It’s like our short era on steroids.

Equally you could say they are going to do a Sunderland after the moyes tenure

They seemingly pssed the Rice cash up the wall with some truly shocking decisions. 40m on Max Kilman on a seven year contract? Niclas Fullkrug for a reported 27m

Traore and Callum Wilson are out of contract in the summer. Diasi goes back to Chelsea.

Matteus Fernades looks set to go. El Hadji Malick Diouf is sellable, and it seems unlikely that Bowen would want to stay.

A depleted squad, revenue reduced by up to 60%. Doesn't make for good reading.

To be honest I think they will come right back up. Yes they have a mess but will start sorting it out this summer.

Always have a good academy could get them back to home grown talent again

They’ll come back up. Parachute payments plus huge transfer revenue. Yes crowds will drop but so does their rent at the tax payer stadium. If they’re going we I’d still expect them to get an average well over 40k per home match.
