With respect I don't understand your point. Of course if you wanted to take your kids you'd have to buy more tickets. No one is being locked out. The cup games that no one wants to go to will get more traction now and rightly so

Wonder what the timescale would be on an expansion, and if it would result in us needing to reduce capacity while the works are carried out.

Maybes, I guess it depends on if we’re going with a different layout than the north as I’m pretty sure that didn’t require any seats being lost. Hopefully we have a bigger plan than just copying the north as we obviously do well with boxes. There’s a few pics out there with most of the north stand with rain jackets on 🤣🤣
 
Leeds work started, we have to look at extending if we are looking to have a good next season ..... we'll be locking kids out.

Have to factor in designs, contractors, costs, planning permission, procurement which would be massive if it’s the east stand given all the equipment for corporate to be added. Having all that in place, is the realisation that it can’t be started during a football season for obvious reasons including H&S. In effect any extension would mean probably 2years from design to completion. So in essence any extension isn’t imminent unfortunately. Any delays means higher construction costs both in labour and materials.

It can’t already be in place as costing relies on designs, Designs need formal approval from the city council. Surely if these were in place it would be made available to the public domain. Access and egress would need agreeing to site and the surrounding roads. Procurement is massive, nothing can be costed without full design approval. This then goes to tender as more than one contractor will price for the work. Principal contractor then needs appointing, every different contractor then needs risk assessments etc agreed. Believe me the timescale to agree all of this is massively understated, unless your theory is correct and all this is in hand.
 
If was happening this summer it would have been announced by now .

How many season ticket holders do we have vs waiting list?

37k season ticket holders isn’t it? Plus 15k on the waiting list, expanding by 10k wouldn’t be out of the question should that waiting list remain the same imo like.
 
They're still going through the waiting list. I got a second phone call today. Said I had to contact them within 24 hours if I want one.
