Celta Vigo

There'll be 10,000+ both wanting and willing to go to to all 4 group aways. It looks like Villa were getting about 3k at the bigger teams they visited.

I disagree with this like

There'll be 10,000 saying they are willing to go, but come to the crunch, childcare and costs and time off work will be a massive issue

For a start , none of the away games will be in school holiday, so there's 95% of under16s ruled out.. plus loads of thier parents who won't go without them

If flights are only one wednesday, that's 3 days off work minimum..

I think people are wildly overestimating how many will travel without a ticket

Hoping we draw them away. Just been checking flights from here. I can get a flight to Porto on any Wednesday, flying back on a Friday for €60 or less. There's a regular bus from Porto to Celta for €15.

Gerrin. 🤞
3 or 4 then may as well pay €100 or maybe less for an Uber.

The school holidays are a massive thing for me. I’ve said I don’t want to go and leave my lad at home when we have been everywhere together for years.

He’s a teacher as opposed to a pupil but the same thing applies.

Depends on the draw might get loads going ticketless if we get Milan/benfica or one of the big stag do places like Prague and Bratislava

The more fringe places will be for the hardcore only

2 of my group whom have being going everywhere since the dark days are school workers , I'm gutted for them

One of the October games will be in half term mate

28 August we find out our 4 home and 4 away opponents

Few days after we find out the actual fixture dates

22 October
5 November

Neither are in half term are they ?
Depends which council you are based in mate
Leicestershire for example will be 19 to 23 October as they always go back the day after Bank Holiday Monday

Think that’s a hell if a lot like. For me personally, it’ll be hugely depending on finances. It’s not just like jumping in a car. If it’s not extortionate flight prices, it’s time off work.

You’ll get a match, like say Milan, where loads would be up for it, but if we play Borac Banja Luka away there’ll not be 10,000 wanting & willing to go.

Hearts & Rangers would be interesting from a travel point of view in the fact that we’d be able to sell an allocation 10 times over.
