Leeds forum

It's perfectly possible that Peace is Dutch and a Leeds fan. As we all know, while Leeds are not popular in the UK, they are internationally massive. The sight of a Leeds shirt on the streets of Copenhagen, Amsterdam or Paris is as common as a mag shirt here. All across the continent, cafes, bierkellers and herring huts alike are abuzz with the latest gossip about Sean Longstaff and Jaydem Bogle.

Over 39 years working all over Europe including Baltic countries and I can honestly say I have never seen a Leeds shirt anywhere apart from on holidays abroad in the summer when every fan of any team takes a top with them

It's mag like insecurity. Very similar clubs who seem to rim each other online i notice. I'd rather ally with Everton a real club.
I think it's partly down to the 1 Club City thing. It affects both Newcastle and Leeds supporters the most. But weirdly it doesn't seem to affect Sunderland nearly as much.

Sunderland fans are generally a lot more grounded, and with respect, it is probably partly due to being seen as the weaker of the 2 in the Rivalry with Newcastle. A similar thing happens with us with Liverpool (not saying we both don't also have a section of deluded supporters, like all fanbases).

But with Leeds, they genuinely have no one in the area to put them in their place. They may have the historic rivalry with Man United which comes out twice a season when they play, but day to day, Leeds fans live in an echo chamber where they all believe they are some European Superpower. Man United are concerned with Man City and Liverpool, so Leeds' biggest rivalry is dead these days and it's with a club that's 40 miles away and doesn't care about them. None of the other Yorkshire clubs are in the same City as them or can put them down either, as Leeds are the biggest club in Yorkshire.

Of course it's possible 🙄 👀 🙄

Thatll be why @Peace has declared he lives in Rotterdam, supports a local team - Excelsior - but loves Sunderland since he saw us play Wigan.... yet posts about Leeds.

I've said it and I'll repeat it...

If he's setting up accounts and posting on here pretending he's something he's not..... what other types of forums is he posting on lying about who he is, what his interests are and trying to convince other people he's genuine.

Worrying.. .. . ...

I've long thought there are shared characteristics between single city clubs and shared city clubs. Thanks for your insights

They’ve got the weirdest obsession with us online like.

Another lot trying to force a rivalry.
I’ve seen a load of posts from them in the past 6 months about us like. At one point it was saying how much we’d spent just to be 5/6 points ahead, now it’s changed to being good enough to qualify for a European competition is a bad thing.
