I must admit I'd never heard of this player until I saw the latest Lions scorecard where he got a century in each innings.

Looked at his details. Has a FC double hundred for Glamorgan. The rest of his stats aren't too shabby either.

Plays for Jersey at international level but presumably as he is in the Lions game he is eligible to play for the Full England side.

One to watch for the future I reckon.

Ah I could have sworn he got one in the first innings as well.

Shame Durham didnt come in for him although were a bit top heavy in the batting department.

He's got more behind him than Bethell this year. 3 FC centuries to Bethell 0 too.

Not suggesting he should be in the England side that being said.

He’s from Jersey and due to play in the T20 World Cup for them (as is Gay for Italy).

Imagine he’ll want to wait till that’s done instead of bring a potential one cap and done pick for England

Just signed a 3 year contract extension with Glamorgan.

They obviously know what kind of talent they have.

I saw him play a T20 game vs Middlesex in June last year and I was really impressed with him. After that I started to keep an eye on him and he looks a real talent.

He's playing for Paarl in the SA20.

I think that means he's well thought of overseas too. These are not weak teams.

Made a couple of scores and impressed when I have seen him. Opening.

They are playing again this afternoon.
