About the lap of thanks, there was far too many people on the pitch, like thousands of players families and friends, you couldn’t see any of the players just loads of random people.

That's top of the range twisting, that is! It was like a party for families and colleagues. They all have a part to play in successful players' Iives.

Those family members and friends will have provided the support network all season that’s allowed the players to flourish. Some of these lads will be here on their own and will have had times during the season where they’ve missed home or needed a familiar voice. If the players think it’s important to have them there to celebrate then who are any of us to say otherwise.

Some of those lads are kids and would struggle to keep their bedrooms tidy.
Knowing parents of professional footballers you definitely get to see a different angle. They still have the same challenges like any other people.
