There was a moment at Derby away when he was on the touchline facing the fans backing into a Derby player, and I basically expected him to knock it back down the line - because that is what every footballer I had seen in the previous 8 years would have done - but he just dummied, swivelled and went past the defender like he wasn’t there. And I thought f***ing hell, he’s a level above anything we’ve had for years. It was something I didn’t even think was on at all, it hadn’t even crossed my mind he’d do that.

Like everyone he took a bit of times adjusting to this league - but second half of the season he’s been absolutely unreal. Assume one day a huge team will take him off us, but until then I think he’s happy playing for a manager he loves and hopefully a club he loves too.
