Up The Boro

Wouldn’t say I feel sorry for them but it must be depressing at the moment for them as a club. Only had one season back up since they went down in 2009. They’ve never really looked like cracking it apart from then.

I wouldn't take it personally, they are nasty with it, horrible. Newcastle fans in Newcastle in my experience it is not nasty it's just a Superiority complex, Geordie Nation, arrogance, Insecurity, tribalism, gatekeeping and I just laugh it off but i rarely, if ever go to Newcastle these days so maybe they are as bad i don't know. With Boro fans in the distant past I've came to blows many times with Boro fans. I had a fight with a stranger in Teesside park shopping because I had a Sunderland away top on years ago and he threw food at me while getting in his car. I had a fight every day nearly in the first 3 years at secondary school lol. They despise Sunderland afc and Mackems, nastiness, festered bitterness and cowardly with it.
Yeah I didn’t give two shits really. Just surprised me. I think it’s because they’re so desperate for a rivalry, but don’t have one so they act how they think rivals go on. To be fair I’ve also met a few that are canny, the ones that aren’t were way worse than any mag I’ve met.

I’m sure they loads of sympathy for us when we had consecutive relegations.

The only reason I wanted them to win was so I had less travelling for an away match , nothing more. Selfish I know

Similar to my thoughts. Win win really for us as Hull is close too.

It all boils down to jealousy mate, they know we are a bigger club with a proud history whereas what have they got?

It was a strange day all round . Cant believe Boro had no shots on target.

I think the goings on with Saints Spygate ruined the day tbh.

Hull will need to spend spend spend now. Good away venue for us.
