Never understood what he meant by that? We had to spend. We didn't sell our identity. Players like Roefs, Sadiki, Talbi and Diarra are the type of players we've been signing. Young players with potential. They just a higher calibre to what we have been signing.Coventrys owner was repulsed by us selling our identity and stopping up. Best get over himself and buy a few
Plenty of good teams have come up from the championship and tried to play the same way. They soon get found out and end up going on relentless winless runs.Think cov will stay up. Got a good team, score goals, play good football and their transfer business is usually sound. They'll make the ricoh a tough place to go.
Ipswich and hull will need to be smart in transfer window.
Coventry’s owner already came out and said ‘they won’t be doing a Sunderland’ which we means relegation for them. Ipswich may have learnt from last time and Hull need a bigger overhaul than we had.Thats what they all say
Absolutely nobody can pull off what we didWelcome to the Premier League.
Let's hope they find life back at the top difficult. Obviously we were written off as well, but I would quite like a third season in the PL![]()
Its not like. Can we ever move on from this mindset?
What makes you think Coventry will stsy upCoventry will stay up imo, Ipswich wont and get more than 30-32 points.Hull 20 at best.
This is so true. Try to play the way you did in the Championship and the likes of Haaland, etc, will tear you a new onePlenty of good teams have come up from the championship and tried to play the same way. They soon get found out and end up going on relentless winless runs.
You’ve got to focus on not conceding first and waiting patiently for an opportunity to attack.

Sunderland and Leeds have the advantage of being bigger clubs that naturally attract players more easily, easier to show the players a vision. Hull is a harder sell for top-tier targets with multiple offers. Coventry however has a unique draw with Frank Lampard. For players who grew up idolising him. Anything can happen of course but do think its a much harder job for the three coming up.All 3 needed to spend. Can’t write them off as Leeds and ourselves have shown
his unfortunatelyI think Coventry might stay up but not certain on instead of who. Others will drop.
Comfortably the best team this season.Theyll spend big imo but I hope they fuck it all up.Ive a feeling they won't sadly. What makes you think Coventry will stsy up
