The only players better than Le Fee are Maradonna & Messi ? I'm not criticising Le Fee in any way but there are players in between imo. I personally think it's possible that we will one day outgrow Le Fee but I'll shorten my statement to Aleksic will never be good enough to be in our first team.

He hasn't but he's 20 and still developing. There are multiple examples of players who develop after they've turned 20 and tbf he appears to have the physicality for it. He's further up the pecking order than Ba or most of the youth team players but seems further down it than harrison bond who we appear to be letting go so he might or might not make it. More players don't make it than do so saying 'he won't make it" at a premier league club doesn't make you some sort of Oracle if it happens.

People were even saying it about Rigg when he wasn't playing like Messi in his first premier league start. They wouldn't be oracle if they turned out to be right either but thankfully he appears to be making them look like clueless nuggets so far.
 
Probably won’t make it. Europe could mean we keep a hold.

He really needs a good loan in the UK or somewhere like Holland or Belgium to get him high quality game time for us to make money back on him.

A loan back to Serbia or similar is pointless.
 
He was never bought for last season. He was talked about as a player who has a high ceiling and was one for the future despite a relatively high price for where we were at the time.

As has been said we progressed quicker than we expected to and it meant he hasn't had an opportunity this season.

I still think there's a player there. But not sure if that's with Sunderland.

I didn't say that though I was using them as an example, their are of course many others that could have been mentioned, Zidane for instance or Henry, Platini just in France.
 
Tbh, we should maybe loan him out to the championship or league one to see how he does for a season in English football before we make a decision on him. Plenty of players don't suit a particular cou tries playing style so maybe we should give it a try?

Mate, I’m giving my opinion that I don’t think he has a future with us. Sorry if it didn’t come across as an opinion.

If I’m wrong then great, but if I’m right I’m not claiming to be some sort of oracle.

He’s got talent but for one reason or another it’s not worked here. I always thought in his appearances he looked bright.

Language and home sickness have definitely played a part in my opinion, will have a good career somewhere closer to home

Promotion came at a terrible time for him, I think he came in with a view to being Jobe's replacement in the future but then Jobe left after we clinched promotion to the Prem and he's simply not ready for that.
