100% Attendance

This Sunday’s match will make it 100% attendance this season for me and my son. (Definitely a part, ‘Look at me everyone!’, thread)

This obviously includes every league home/away game, but also every cup match. (And even pre-season in Portugal)

Has anyone else on here ever done every game in a season?
Or even more than once for some, I’m sure.

I’ve loved every minute of it. Especially having my boy by my side the whole time.
It’s something we’ll always have together.
No

I deserve a medal for not renewing my season ticket after our promotion to the promise land shite, after having one for 40 odd years through some very bad times.

Im a shite supporter

Respect!

Any idea how much it has cost you? Tickets, transport, food, drink etc etc

Probably in five figured thousands, and my thumbs to loan sharks.
Some going that like. Hope ya not ill on Sunday😂

Even if I croaked it, I’ve expect my son to drag my corpse through the turnstile.
Superb stuff and I'm sure fantastic memories with your son 👏🏻

Cherished. Life is never better than when he’s by my side.

Well done

Missed west ham at home and did every game home and away since .

7900 miles.

Been a slog , especially between December and February, was a horrendous run of games for travelling

Gonna knock a few away games on the head next year
The ones you knock on the head to be replaced by European two day getaways 😎
A few times

I never missed a game In the 19 and 15point seasons 🤣

Maybe it’s best got the club if I miss the odd few.

I’ve missed a few this season due to working matches.
My claim to fame too 😂
Sickos

That’s good. But I did that, plus the reserves, home and away, women’s, home and away, women’s reserves, home and away, I’ve also spied on every training session for both men and women, home and away. So, whilst yours is good, it’s not as good as mine.

12 aways and every home, more than happy with that and brilliant memories made with my boy. Planning to give him a massive hug at full time regardless of the result and thank him for the season and how happy he’s made me, from going berserk at Chelsea away to wondering what was going on at home to forest. Till the end, I love you son ! Ftm
Got me filling up here mate. Nice words that I hope your boy gets to read.

There certainly is.

I work all round the UK doing social housing surveys, and whenever someone asks/talks about me being from Sunderland, they’re always waxing lyrical about our support.

Cheers mate. My dad never liked football and didn’t make much effort to do things as I got older, I swore when I had kids it would be different and it’s been brilliant for me and my son. We’ve been all over the country from him starting lee Howey lee Howey lee Howey chant at palace away to Brighton, Chelsea, Arsenal, forest and all the home games. it’s helped me with my mental health as well having these moments to look forward to during busy working weeks. I think I a bit underestimated how much I’d love the games with him, Im Planning a scrap book of pics etc and the best bits of the season, you can always make more money but you can’t buy the memories we’ve had. What a season and roll on the next, ftm
