Not fancy the Signatory 100 proof bottleWhisky Exchange have some Islay offers on at present. Eye caught by the Signatory Caol Ila 2011 11 year old Sherry Finish at £85 from £115.
Can any of the resident whisky boffins recommend or otherwise before I step in?

Tried loads of the Signatory 100 proof bottles and some of the best bang for buck out there ( some find them concentrating on sherry bottlings) but for £45 or so and "cask strength" worth a goLooks similar and well cheaper, cheers. Only looked at the ones on offer. You tried either?
Good price, cracking bourbon. Recently picked up a bottle of their full proof but haven't tried it yet. Love the 107 and the 12For anyone into there Bourbon Hedonism Wines have Weller Antique 107 available for £75 it's probably the best of the Weller line that comes to UK .
