It’s why I’d bin VAR off. Whole point of it is to get big moments right and have consistency. You must be logged on to see media items
Have to look no further than the Mbeumo handball incident, no way does that go unpunished if it's against Man Utd, it's cheating and we all know it. It's another way of keeping the little man down and refs aren't doing their jobs anymore, they lose their edge with the 'safety net' of VAR, lose it altogether for decisions where it's opinion rather than fact. It’s why I’d bin VAR off. Key decisions going the way of ‘bigger’ clubs when VARs used becomes so fking obvious. Ruins the game

I think they deserved it overall no question, and I've no doubt you could put a similar reel of favourable decisions Man City or Liverpool have got too, but as for corruption VAR doesn't end that debate it fuels it unfortunately, they choose to miss things as often as they try to find things wrong, it's the choosing element that worries me....It’s beyond embarrassing now how some fans are constantly looking for conspiracy and corruption.
You just don’t get it in any other sport.
Arsenal won the league for one main reason they were the best team in league during it.
It’s sad as fuck why people can’t simply say congratulations well done and move on.
Have you seen how many times pgmol complain. No decision should be wrong with VARIt’s beyond embarrassing now how some fans are constantly looking for conspiracy and corruption.

PGMOL panel has identified 23 mistakes this season. It's too many but they found no disproportionate benefit to the 'big teams'. No doubt PGMOL will be accused of bias as well but that will be peddled from now and for ever more because most people favour smaller clubs getting decisions in their favour.Arsenal made Arsenal champions by being the best team over the course of the season.
Half of those calls are subjective and not definitive anyway - the kind that any team can have attributed to them when viewed through the lens of opposing fans.
There's far too much need to see conspiracy everywhere these days. Football fans have been claiming bad decisions for over a century.
They've had some bad decisions against them ths season. A clear dogso not given on Mbeumo and a pen against Amad against Bournemouth. I'm sure there are others. Now do one for Man Utd, if you have 80 hours spare that is.
A few dodgy calls but nothing there to raise suspicion. It’s beyond embarrassing now how some fans are constantly looking for conspiracy and corruption.

Had an argument about the Handball incident with a Man Utd fan this week. He said Man Utd always get screwed over and this shouldn't have been scrutinsed as it was a meaningless game and they've had a bad rub of the green this season on VAR.Now do one for Man Utd, if you have 80 hours spare that is.
Well that depends mate, whether you on the look out for corruption or whether you just accept some decisions go for you and and don’t.I think they deserved it overall no question, and I've no doubt you could put a similar reel of favourable decisions Man City or Liverpool have got too, but as for corruption VAR doesn't end that debate it fuels it unfortunately, they choose to miss things as often as they try to find things wrong, it's the choosing element that worries me....
Which is quite sad imo, in most other sports when a team gets beat they congratulate the other team for playing well.A few dodgy calls but nothing there to raise suspicion.
It's the way of modern football. It's better to be bitter towards a team winning than congratulating them.
Yeah totally and utterly agree, it’s extremely difficult for refs in real time.Have you seen how many times pgmol complain. No decision should be wrong with VAR
Refs make mistakes fair enough but with video referee mistakes that bad should be stopped.
Imagine a trader who loses money every week. He’s got a tough job but he’s not cutting it.
I think part of it down to not wanting to go against their mates and I think having something totally independant will helpWhich is quite sad imo, in most other sports when a team gets beat they congratulate the other team for playing well.
Modern football always bitter and looking to blame someone or something.
Yeah totally and utterly agree, it’s extremely difficult for refs in real time.
With the help of VAR and slow motion replays should not be making as many mistakes as they do.
But it’s not down to corruption imo
