The BBC's live report said..
A League Arbitration Panel has tonight dismissed Southampton Football Club’s appeal against the Independent Disciplinary Commission’s sanction following the admittance of multiple breaches of EFL Regulations.

That sounds like more than three to me. May be Southampton have been persuaded to be realistic and "fess up" and in that way the Football League might be able to prevent a whole lot of Clubs from suing the arse off them.

They went to appeal, which looked like a long-shot. Surely they had a plan in place for their supporters in the event of losing the appeal.
