Im trying to put my 2 x season tickets up for resale...no option to do so....any idea why not? Edit - ignore - option just appeared

Resale option now available but it's only showing my ticket on the confirmation screen and not my son's? Never used this before, am I doing something wrong or is it a case of one at a time?
If it helps anyone else, had to log into my son's account directly to list his. Mine sold within 15 seconds of listing, just waiting on his. Bit ridiculous as someone could have had two together if it let you list both from one account
Had to do it from a mobile phone, no resale option on laptop

Out of interest are you in a standard or strong relationship with your son's account?

I’m not sure but there’s a recall option if you’ve distributed them so maybe you need to do that so it’s “ yours”?

Recall showed up on desktop, but not on mobile. Mobile had resale.

I could see both his and my tickets via my account, and I always renew for us both.

His resold very quickly too, it just seems daft they potentially went to two different people separately

I'll double check the 'strong' relationship thing, thanks scott934

Edit: logged on as me, it shows standard relationship, with the 'strong' toggled off. I've toggled that on, and now logged into his account, which shows me as 'strong'. Don't know if one person's change affects the other? Or I was previously set up to fully manage him but not vice versa.

I have just tried to add my friend to my network and its asking for his personal approval code - I haven't seen this before, it looks like 3 words needed? Has anyone experienced this? Do they email him?

It appears to be new. As I went to add someone and got hit with it.

If they sign into their account they will see they have 3 words to give you.

You and they can refresh it every time. So make sure they don't refresh before giving you the 3 words.

Will be an extra level to try and stop touts

Edit: just signed in double check exact steps they also need to go to friends and family section and reveal approval code.
