Got as much to do with the FA as it has me.Blatantly brushed under the carpet and the FA are hoping it goes away and no one asks about it.
Will never happen. They need to act or it'll be a free for all. If there is evidence there must be sanctions. If juventus can be relegated in Italy city can certainly get their comeuppance.Blatantly brushed under the carpet and the FA are hoping it goes away and no one asks about it.
Well you knowGot as much to do with the FA as it has me.

Swindon picking a player who shouldn’t have been in the squad? What’s that about?*Give me a single example of a lower league club that has unlimited funds to explore every legal route.
That’s the issue, Man City believe they are innocent or believe they can create enough muddy waters to get away with it (found not guilty). I know I’m repeating myself but you are comparing different things, no lower league clubs have been charged with what Man City are charged with so comparing it to Swindon picking a player that shouldn’t be in the squad is a pointless example.
It’s the same as when people compare with Everton or Forest, the time frame for cases was changed after Man City were charged so it can’t happen again also they both admitted guilt but still produced thousands of documents to try and get a lesser punishment.
If Man City are guilty they deserve the book thrown at them BUT the whole process has been done so badly by the EPL who wanted to look big and strong so they wouldn’t get an independent regulator so they went with 117 charges instead of a solid 10/15, also they agreed on there being no time frame for when a case had to be heard and decided upon.
Comparing this to any club in another league who have been charged with a totally different breach especially ones who admitted guilt is pointless and just makes others believe it’s a conspiracy when really it’s just bad governance. Lawyers are getting rich from idiots basically.
ThisI wonder if Pep knows something is going to happen with the 115 rule breaks![]()
Said if he found out the club had misled him he would leave .I wonder if Pep knows something is going to happen with the 115 rule breaks![]()
They were kicked out of the EFL Trophy for playing 2 eligible players, it was dealt with pretty quickly so people like to use it as a yardstick for how quickly totally unrelated cases should be seen to.Swindon picking a player who shouldn’t have been in the squad? What’s that about?*
*Not when we got promoted obviously.
That’s from the Court of Arbitration for Sport decision in 2020. It’s nothing to do with the PL case.City mate just sent me this.

Once they have lost the league, points deduction of enough points to just keep them up? Opening up another European slot.
