It has been done really well, and a lovely area. Short stroll to beach. Not sure of pubs as not familiar with those close by.
It is though, £800k for a terraced house with what appears to be a pretty small garden.

Wonder if there's a catch? I saw another good house and it looked too good to be true and in the comments people were saying there is planning permission for it to be surrounded by houses which would completely ruin the views
really like that. kept its charm but not gone crazy either way (era or contemporary)

That first one could be great. It is at least liveable in the current state, but you would be wanting to just live in a couple of rooms while you went through the house.
