Rice is an entirely different player to Xhaka tbh, he's great but he's not creative and can't really play line breaking passes like Xhaka does, hence why they kept playing Partey and bought Zubimendi cause they needed passing progression from the base of midfield imo

Gyokeres is a 16 goal Premier striker. How much do you think his value is.
I asked for opinions. I never said I was for it. The point is do you sacrifice a player that creates goalscoring chances for one that scores them. Would Gyokeres score goals in our team without LeFee creating the opportunities?

40 mill wouldn't get you a creative midfielder and the defensive qualities of the Elf, not in todays market. Unless one of the elite clubs puts in a serious bid forget it. I think most of us would like him to stay and better still he seems to want to stay too. It's up to KLD and Sartori to decide if we can keep our better players for at least another season and add even more quality. That might not be possible but we need to at least keep Sadiki, Le Fee and Xhaka. Start the bidding at 40million for Trey Hume, did you see that chip that had Pickford scrambling, prime Zidane ;)
