Durham v Kent (A) C.C. 15/5/26

I'd be tempted to move Raine up the order in future but it would probably be the kiss of death and he'd never score another run.

Arguably our finest ever home produced player, despite all our England products. Should be captain
đź’Ż considering he's the main person you hear encouraging the team at any match. North seems to regard the captaincy as a recruitment and retention carrot.

If you watched that match without knowing who the England all rounder in our team was you'd guess Ben Raine.

The guy is top notch and we would be knackered without him.
33 wickets at 15's and 256 runs at 36's

What a bloke he is

Big shout for the most improved number 11 in the division. It didn't even occur to me that we could avoid the follow, let alone end up being only about 20 runs shy of max batting points

Callum wasn't actually a bad batsman before this season. He once scored 75 for Derbyshire.

His brother is a proper bunny

Our late order is better than our middle order at present,Bedders excepted.
We've got Gay and McKinney, both with averages above 40. Then comes Raine at 36.

Coggers averages 52 this season!

**editted for a bit more accuracy
