A completely different player thenAgree, but he's different though, and in a way that works for us right now.
If Brobbey could finish like Isidor, or Isidor had the hold up play of Brobbey, it'd be class.
Would mean changing how we play entirely, and what we do has been pretty successfulThis. Never going to happen unfortunately.
We can dream! KLD needs to invest in a Dr Frankenstein to sew them together.A completely different player then![]()
He did and scored quite a few. He has a better minutes per goal ratio than Brobbey. He had plenty opportunities earlier in the season.
Two players with very different strengths.Exactly, people bang on about Brobbey but he's not exactly far better than Isidor.
You're forgetting some of Brobbey's finishes, mate. Pure class.Agree, but he's different though, and in a way that works for us right now.
If Brobbey could finish like Isidor, or Isidor had the hold up play of Brobbey, it'd be class.
Unless it's a penalty!I like him and think he has a part to play. The only player I'd back one to one with the keeper.
Aye, a bit unorthodox but some good finishes. Two players with very different strengths.
Brobbey is an obviously physically strong player who can easily hold off the best defenders and lay the ball off to another player -- but he's also got an amazing finish and eye for goal.
Isidor is a natural striker -- same eye for goal -- who can elude defenders and finish with ease.
Don't see why we'd let the latter go for anything but funny money.
You're forgetting some of Brobbey's finishes, mate. Pure class.
Why’s that then he’s only one behind our first choice striker who people are going mad overHaway man.
Nee way anybody is going to pay anywhere near £20m for a Sunderland reserve with 6 Premier League goals.
Love him but...
I don’t agree, yes Brobby is better at holding the ball up but he doesnt have isadors pace or finishing abilityHe's not good enough for the level we are aspiring to be at.
We need to move on from this calibre of player. Brobbey is miles ahead of him.
As I say, I love him and want to keep him but nobody is going to pay over £20m for him. Why’s that then he’s only one behind our first choice striker who people are going mad over
That’s peanuts I think they will no problem he’s got good statsAs I say, I love him and want to keep him but nobody is going to pay over £20m for him.
Can't see it, marra but I hope he stays anyway. That’s peanuts I think they will no problem he’s got good stats
His celebration at the weekend made me think he was saying goodbye.People saying he wants to be away, where’s the evidence?
True, I think when I look back at his one on ones that it clouds my judgement. I think I should have said "instinctual".I love him. Best natural finisher in the side, composed, finishes a lot of chances. Disagree that he's better without time to think either, remember the Boro goal, the Cov playoff goal, West Ham goal etc. Even with time he just has a knack for putting it in good areas and getting it on target. Can't think of many that miss the goal entirely? Feeding off relatively little too.
If its true that his fam dont live in Sunlun then maybe its their lass.People saying he wants to be away, where’s the evidence?
Bloody good point actually. If its true that his fam dont live in Sunlun then maybe its their lass.
Done not bad for a winger converted to CF
He's not instinctual, aye. But he knows where the sticks are.Isidor a natural finsher? Not in my opinion. His goalsoring record says he's a scorer of great goals not a goalscorer. Calvert Lewin at Leeds is far more a predator. Isidor and Brobbey don't have that knack. I think we should sign someone who is more a fox in the box.
