No need to prepare to play a specific team, it offers zero advantage. The longer this drags on, the worse it is for Hull more than anyone.
Both the club and their fans.
The club have no idea who they're preparing to play against. The fans have no idea if there's actually a match.
Has it still not been decided like?
What a ridiculous organisation the EFL are ffs.
Thats a great post and it crossed my mind like. One this that hasn't been mentioned throughout this is the welfare of the young lad who was 'the spy'. Southampton and the FA have a duty of care to make sure this kid is OK and doesn't do anything silly. He was clearly acting under instruction so the people who have instructed him to go up to Boro cant be throwing him under the bus. The amount of pressure this kid must be under will be awful. Im not condoning what Southampton have done and i think they should be kicked out of the Play Off for cheating but this young lad MUST be looked after and not made a scapegoat. He must have been acting under instruction so for this young lads sake I hope those that sent him are big enough to stand up and take the wrap for it.

Aye it's a nightmare, especially with the short turnaround. They have to sort it out today/tomorrow or otherwise its a logistical nightmare.Tbf to the EFL, this will be a f***ing nightmare for them. Whatever they do they can almost certainly expect legal action
Apprnetly it concludes tomorrow. That's not very much time for either team to get ready for the final likeAye it's a nightmare, especially with the short turnaround. They have to sort it out today/tomorrow or otherwise its a logistical nightmare.

Well 'Boro and Southampton know who they will be playing, however It is Hull who are most in limbo.Apprnetly it concludes tomorrow. That's not very much time for either team to get ready for the final like

Or you can put in loads of dwarf trees like we had at the AoLI think you are underestimating what a shit show this is and the legal implications whatever the EFL decide to do. Somebody is losing out on potentially £140m+.
Personally, if the Skysports interpretation of events is accurate, and the "spy" was filming the entire time from a tree that sits outside private property, then I wouldn't punish Southampton. If your training ground can be viewed (and filmed) easily from a public road then that's your own fault. Put a hedge or a fence up.
Its gone from high tech equipment and getting inside the training ground wearing boro clothes to a random lad behind a treeI think you are underestimating what a shit show this is and the legal implications whatever the EFL decide to do. Somebody is losing out on potentially £140m+.

They'll be hoping Hull win so it'll make it easier to punish Southampton. They'll dock them points. If Southampton get promoted, they'll pass the buck onto the Premier League.Has it still not been decided like?

As I've said previously I'd scrap the whole rule. Its gone from high tech equipment and getting inside the training ground wearing boro clothes to a random lad behind a tree
Blown out of all proportion because Boro knew they'd lose.
