A couple of months ago I started a thread questioning whether it it would be strategically good for us to qualify for Europe. I got a few criticisms of course, but that's water off a duck's back.
Now we have a final showdown with Chelsea that could see us qualify for the 'elite' conference cup.
Whether we win or not, the wonderful expectation we will all enjoy this week is priceless. I am more than convinced now that, despite qualms from Australia, we have a manager and a set up that can allow us to handle the double trouble of the league and European obligations.

Easily staying up and,doing the double over the skunks is more than anyone could have hoped for at commencement of season.

I like many would have taken 17th place and two draws at best against that lot , the tide is starting to turn ever so slightly in our favour.
