Carnival atmosphere v Chelsea

Personally, I think we should be treating it like Coventry last year.

Flares everywhere, stop the Chelsea team bus and generally everyone being 100% up for it.

I hope the streets around the SOL are full of Red n White smoke when the team arrive.

We have a fair chance of finishing top 8 and qualifying for Europe.

It will be a full on atmosphere and it could be one of the best days in the SOL's history so far if we pull it off.

What a position to be in.

Not a chance Chelsea will fancy this.

They'll have their bags packed for Dubai and aren't going to be arsed about Europa/Conference League.

Massive, massive opportunity if we turn up and have the place bouncing.

Disagree. Alonso will be desperate to have European football next season. He'll have them well up for this. Guess we'll see how they set up on Wednesday.

There is zero chance Alonso will want to be in the Conference League. None.

Champions League is a different story of course but that's not an option.

As few games as possible will benefit a league campaign and he'll look all the better for qualifying for the Champions League next season ("he took them from 9th to 3rd/4th, he's a genius" etc), which will be far easier for them without Conference League.
