Reid was better, it was different times & he didn’t have to be as tactically aware but he had what he needed for those times. That’s not to say that RLB won’t go on to be a better manager.

Unfortunately, Reid let himself down by falling out with players and leaving them out of the team. We were very poor towards the end of his stint.
